Aspect ratios by platform
- Instagram feed: 1:1, 4:5 (recommended), or 1.91:1
- Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / TikTok: 9:16 vertical
- Facebook / Threads / Pinterest: flexible; 1:1 or 4:5 usually best
- Telegram / WhatsApp: anything the platform can render
Max sizes
- Photos: 30 MB (all platforms accept this).
- Video: platform-specific — see the full table.
- Composer upload cap: 500 MB. Bigger → compress in the editor first.
