Every failed target shows the platform's error text on the Posts row. The most common ones kuhukoo's worker maps to friendly hints:
- "Token expired" — the Page's access token has aged out. Reconnect from /connections.
- "Media not supported" — the image or video type isn't in the accepted list (see Media formats per platform).
- "Page permission removed" — you removed kuhukoo from your Page's Business Integrations. Reconnect.
- "Not a Business account" — the linked IG account was switched back to Personal. Convert it in the IG app.
- "Media exceeds size limit" — video >250 MB. Compress in the editor first.
- "Duplicate post" — IG blocks near-identical reposts within a short window. Rewrite the caption or wait ~24h.
- "OAuth cache stale" — rare; a Reconnect fixes it.
