Where mentions resolve
- Instagram — resolves against IG handles.
- Facebook — resolves against Pages you have access to.
- Threads — resolves against Threads handles.
- YouTube / TikTok / Pinterest / Telegram / WhatsApp — mentions post as literal text, no resolution.
Feature-flag
The mention picker is behind the mentions.picker feature flag (default ON). If it's off in your tenant, mentions still work as literal text — you just don't get the typeahead.
