Export your data
Today (2026-07-21), automated data export from the app is roadmapped, not shipped. To request an export in the meantime:
- Email hello@kuhukoo.com from your account email.
- We reply within 1 business day with a signed download link (media + post captions + connections + billing history in JSON + a media ZIP).
Delete your account
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Confirm the modal.
What happens:
- Your Tenant is soft-deleted immediately (you lose access).
- Scheduled posts are cancelled.
- 7-day grace period during which we can restore if you email support.
- After 7 days, the tenant row + all its posts / connections / media are hard-deleted from our DB and object storage.
- Billing is prorated back to the day you deleted, per our Refund Policy.
